COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

From routine oil changes to complex structural repairs, our FAA Part 145 station ensures your aircraft is safe, compliant, and ready for departure. We don't just inspect; we protect your asset.

THE HORTON WORKFLOW

1

IN-DEPTH DIAGNOSTICS & RESEARCH

We don't just kick the tires. We start with a deep dive into your airframe's history, researching all applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins. We open the inspection panels to uncover the real truth about your aircraft's condition before we even pick up a wrench.

2

FACTORY-SPEC EXECUTION

Whether it's a cylinder change or a 100-hour inspection, we strictly follow the Manufacturer's Maintenance Manual. We don't cut corners or 'pencil whip' checklist items. We use OEM or FAA-approved parts to ensure your aircraft isn't just legal, but truly airworthy and reliable.

3

FINAL QA & RETURN TO SERVICE

The job isn't done until the paperwork is perfect. We perform rigorous post-maintenance engine run-ups and operational checks to verify every repair. Only after we are satisfied do we sign the logbooks, giving you total confidence for your next departure.

WHY A PART 145 REPAIR STATION MATTERS

Operating as a Certified Repair Station allows us to perform specialized maintenance that typical A&Ps cannot. From major structural repairs to complex 100-hour inspections, our facility is equipped with the heavy tooling and inspection equipment required for total airframe management. You get the peace of mind of a large service center with the personal attention of a local shop.

FAQ

Q&A

HOW LONG DOES AN ANNUAL INSPECTION TAKE?

For a standard single-engine aircraft, we typically budget 5-10 business days. We aim for efficiency, but we never rush safety. If we discover significant airworthiness issues (squawks), we pause to notify you immediately with a plan of action. Our goal is to get you back in the air quickly, but only when the aircraft is 100% safe.

Q&A

WHAT DOES THE FLAT RATE INSPECTION COVER?

Our flat rate covers the inspection labor only—removing panels, inspecting systems per the manufacturer’s checklist, and researching ADs. It does not include parts, oil, or labor for repairs. We operate with total transparency: you will receive a detailed discrepancy list with cost estimates for your approval before we fix anything.

Q&A

CAN A PRE-BUY COVERT INTO AN ANNUAL?

YES! If you are purchasing an aircraft, we highly recommend a neutral, third-party Pre-Purchase Evaluation first. If you proceed with the purchase, we can often convert that inspection into a Annual for a reduced additional fee, giving you a fresh start and saving you money.(ASK FOR MORE DETAILS)
